Meet the new owners of Ink & Thread  

Hi, Linda Kotrys here. On May 1st, 2008 my partners and I purchased Ink & Thread from Ken and Melissa Hayes. Ken and Melissa have owned the store since May of 2005. I started working for them in May of 2006 as an engraver and graphic artist. I enjoyed the work so much that when Ken and Melissa decided to sell the business I jumped at the chance to purchase the business from them.

My partners are Don and Kathy Bauman of Palm Bay Florida. Don is an investigator with the Palm Bay Police Department and Kathy is an administrator in the medical field. Along with their business knowledge they have wonderful ideas to help make Ink and Thread a new and exciting local business.

The Bauman's and I have been friends for over 34 years and we know that our friendship will blossom into a successful business relationship.

Mark Smithmier is our Graphic Design Tech and will bring his artistic talents and innovative ideas to our Graphics Department. He also happens to be married to my daughter Kimberly. Mark started working with us in 2007.
